Juice Plus+ is seeking a proactive and creative Content & Social Media Coordinator to bring their brand to life across social media and digital channels for the Australia and New Zealand business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating engaging content, bringing fresh ideas, and working in a role that values kindness, creativity and community.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a team environment but is equally confident working autonomously, showing initiative and taking ownership of projects from concept to execution.

About the company

The Juice Plus+ Company Australia has been driven by the same goal since day one: to inspire healthy living around the world. The Juice Plus+ Company, Australia and New Zealand, family-owned and trading since 1998, are a direct sales and distribution business who work with a partner network of over 5000 people. Based in Mayfield West, NSW they attribute their success to the teamwork, diligence, and professionalism of each team member. They know their employees are their most valuable asset. The team at Juice Plus are passionate about helping people live healthier, happier lives, and they do that by offering products and services that inspire wellness.

About the opportunity

An energetic and ideas-driven Content & Social Media Coordinator is required to join the marketing team. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, this role will take ownership of social media content, support campaign activity, and help maintain a strong, cohesive brand presence across all platforms. You’ll think strategically about content and campaigns, helping shape plans and priorities - not just executing tasks.

This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with strategy, loves working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a social content strategy clearly aligned to business goals and meaningful outcomes.

  • Plan, manage and optimise paid advertising across Meta and Google.

  • Create, write and schedule engaging social content that reflects the brand’s tone, values and voice.

  • Support campaigns, launches, challenges and seasonal activity from concept through to execution.

  • Design, update and maintain brand assets for digital and print using Canva and Adobe tools.

  • Proactively source, manage and showcase partner content, including photos, videos and testimonials.

  • Monitor performance, identify trends and optimise engagement, while coordinating timelines, assets and stakeholder requests.

About you

This role requires someone who takes ownership of priorities and delivery, brings creative and well-considered ideas to the table, and works confidently and collaboratively within a close-knit team that values high performance, mutual support, and having fun along the way.

Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong Canva skills and ideally some experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator plus basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content

  • Experience in paid advertising across Meta and Google will be highly regarded or a genuine interest in this area, with training provided

  • Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, supported by strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.

  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and partners

  • Experience managing or coordinating influencers or community contributors

  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously when required
