About the opportunity
Do you love connecting with people, and believe strong relationships can create lasting community impact? Are you skilled in sales or fundraising?
Are you energised by connecting people with a meaningful cause and building partnerships that make a real difference?
We are partnering with Ronald McDonald House Northern NSW to recruit a Community Engagement Coordinator for the New England North West based at Ronald McDonald House in Tamworth.
Ronald McDonald House provides essential services which enable families to stay together, stay strong and promote healing when their ill or injured child needs healthcare. Each year they help thousands of families from across the northern NSW region surrounding them with a community of support and the resources they need to stay at the heart of their child’s care and ensure the best possible health outcomes.
If you genuinely enjoy engaging with people, building trust and developing meaningful relationships over time, this could be the right role for you. You understand that sustainable support grows from strong partnerships, shared values and a deep connection to the mission and purpose.
This role is responsible for identifying, building and nurturing strong relationships with local community groups, schools, businesses, donors and supporters across the New England Northwest region which contributes to ongoing sustainable income growth. Acting as a key ambassador for Ronald McDonald House, you will coordinate community engagement and fundraising initiatives, support volunteer and awareness activities, and help grow Ronald McDonald House’s presence and impact locally.
This is a key engagement role. It is hands-on and outward-facing, fostering regular connection and engagement opportunities across the New England Northwest region. As part of the Chapter’s Fundraising Team you’ll be raising vital funds to support local families who rely on Ronald McDonald House programs across the Northern NSW region.
This is a full-time role, however part-time hours will also be considered. Generous salary sacrificing benefits are also included as part of the salary package.
