About the opportunity
  
This is an excellent role for someone who thrives in administration, is a natural problem solver, demonstrates resilience, and genuinely enjoys helping others. As a Client Service Administrator, you will support AFRM clients and the adviser team, helping to enhance client satisfaction and ensure positive outcomes during some of life’s most important decisions.

  • In this fast-paced and busy environment, you will work with and across advice teams to handle tasks such as: Liaising directly with clients and insurers, via email, phone, MS Teams video conferencing, and face to face meetings

  • Co-ordinating client and insurer communications

  • Assisting with compiling documents for new business, review clients and general related documents

  • General administrative support including typing and finalisation of correspondence

  • Receiving and responding to telephone calls

  • Assisting Directors, advisers and claims manager requests

  • Scheduling appointments into adviser calendars

  • Updating insurance policy information

  • Co-ordinate Adviser workflow meetings

  • Seeing through entire process of new insurance contract submission with insurer

  • General support for clients to ensure the best possible experience

About you

We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:

  • Experience working in a busy administration environment

  • A proactive mindset and natural curiosity to understand client needs

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Resilience and the ability to seek guidance and troubleshoot challenges

  • Passion for delivering high-quality work

  • Accurate and precise data entry skills, to ensure effective use of CRM system and Kanban style workflow management system.

  • Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication

  • Good working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Outlook

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn all aspects of the business

  • An inquisitive, compassionate and helpful nature, underpinned by genuine care for others

Overall life experience and a willingness and commitment to learn is what is required in ideal candidates!
  
Experience in the Finance or Insurance industry is desirable, but not essential.
