About the opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who is confident, people-oriented, and comfortable speaking with clients about their insurance policies and upcoming premium payments. You’ll be responsible for answering queries, assisting with policy matters, and connecting clients with the appropriate adviser when needed to focus on retaining them as clients to assist client satisfaction and facilitating better outcomes during life's crucial decisions.

In this busy, client-facing role, you’ll also be a key point of contact between the local team, the offshore team, and insurers, ensuring the retention process runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with the offshore team to support process improvements and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner

  • Respond to non-payment of premiums and liaise with clients accordingly

  • Work closely with the offshore team to gather information and reports around client non-payments

  • Assist Directors and Advisers with day-to-day administrative needs

  • Maintain client records in the Insyte, including address updates and general housekeeping

  • Provide clients with accurate information and direct more complex queries to Advisers

  • Assist with special projects including reporting on client retention trends

  • Maintain efficient filing systems and shared network/email folders

  • Enter data into Insyte and Trello

  • Update insurance schedules and conduct research into existing policies

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, referral partners and offshore colleagues

  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative tasks
