Opportunity to work for a NDIS independent service provider
Flexible, WFH role with 1 day a fortnight in their Speers Point office
Seeking people with empathy, attention to detail and accounts skills!
This is a truly unique role where you will be able to utilise your refined accounts payable experience, alongside your empathy, to help make NDIS participants lives that little bit easier.
Our client, JellyBeans Plan Management, is an NDIS-registered plan management agency that provides its services to NDIS participants. With a purpose to empower participants to understand and take control of their NDIS funds, for JellyBeans, the client comes first, and this is at the centre of what they do. About the Role
The day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Liaising with your allocated clients and helping them manage their NDIS funding plan through phone and email interactions
Accurately inputting invoices into systems used to track NDIS plans
Communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with clients and their service providers
Troubleshooting and resolving plan funding and invoice issues, providing both excellent customer service and appropriate resolutions for clients and providers
Working collaboratively with your colleagues performing the same role so that you can support each other’s workload

About you
For this exceptional role, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
High attention to detail and a passion for getting it right!
Proven accounts payable and customer service experience
High level of emotional intelligence that allows you to build rapport with clients
Strong experience using systems and databases, with excellent MS Word and Excel skills
Be agile, resourceful and have the ability to think quickly and provide appropriate resolutions
Self-starter with initiative and the desire to own the role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, concise and empathetic approach to dealing with clients
Experience in and knowledge of NDIS, and the claiming rules will be highly regarded, but not essential
