If you have a passion for growth, and the leadership to drive innovation and expansion, this is the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

About the role

As CEO, you’ll be the driving force behind Skildare’s next phase of growth steering strategy, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring financial strength. More than just leading, you’ll inspire, cultivating a high-performance, people-first culture that fuels innovation and success. Working alongside a talented leadership team, you’ll enhance service offerings, deepen client partnerships, and position Skildare as the standout HR consulting firm in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a CEO, General Manager, or senior executive role within professional services. Success in business development, client relationship management, and market expansion is essential, along with a hands-on leadership style that supports a small, high-performing team. Experience fostering collaboration and driving a positive workplace culture is highly valued. The role requires excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks, navigate challenges, and act decisively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling the candidate to engage stakeholders, represent the business externally, and build lasting partnerships.
