About Our Client
Our client are a team of passionate, experienced and qualified Allied Health Professionals who pride themselves on providing the right supports for children, youth and families.
Their professional team members are all registered with their respective professional bodies and the NDIS and are approved to provide services by Medicare Australia and private health insurers. The team possesses a wide array of skills to assist with the needs of individuals or their child whether it be psychological or speech, language and communication.
Their team’s approach is warm, understanding, respectful and supportive. Working hard to provide the best support they possibly can and develop relationships with you that go beyond standard service provision across their four locations of Warners Bay, Tuggerah, Toowong, and Cessnock.

About the Opportunity
Whilst the team are in the process of appointing a permanent employee, they're seeking a temporary Receptionist to work in a full-time capacity, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm for a period of up to 4 to 6 weeks until this recruitment is finalised. 
You'll need to hit the ground running, and ideally come from an Allied Health background with an understanding of what it's like to work in a busy and fast paced Reception area, interacting with both children and adults daily. 
Duties will include; 

  • Answering incoming phone calls and triaging as needed

  • Updating information in the booking system

  • Taking payments and rebooking clients as required both over the phone and face to face

  • Generalist Reception duties

Commencement: ASAP 
Hours: 8:00AM - 5:30PM, Monday - Friday in office
Location: Hillsborough Road, Warners Bay
Hourly Rate: $33.34
