Our client, a local, well established and reputable financial organisation is seeking a temporary staff member to assist in providing administrative support to the Financial Advisers and Client Service Officers. An immediate start is available for approximately a 3-month period.

Key responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, directing calls to relevant team members or taking messages
- Scanning and recording of all mail
- Documentation recording
- Scheduling appointments for advisers and clients
- Provide administration support to the team of Advisers
- Support the Director and other teams within the company
- Work collaboratively in a team
- Undertake other duties as required by your manager or their delegate.
Attributes sought
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Clear and concise communication, confident to deal with various levels of stakeholders
- Strong Administration background, ideally from professional services
