We work with Revelian or OPRA Group, experienced and highly-respected providers of testing tools, to provide additional insights into candidates' aptitude, culture fit, personality, emotional intelligence, skills, resilience, role fit, engagement, behaviour and propensity for risk. This is done via online questionnaires which are assessed by qualified psychologists and the results are provided to you. For Executive Search services,  we may recommend this as an essential component of the recruitment process.
