Our client is a national, award winning mid-tier accounting and business advisory firm with a valued client base, they are located in Newcastle's newly developed CBD, close to public transport and honeysuckle. We are excited to be helping them grow their team, we are searching for an enthusiastic Team Administration Assistant who is interested in a career in professional services. You will perform a wide range of administration support tasks to support the team in providing great service to clients.

The duties and tasks of this great role include:

  • Communicating and liaising with clients in a professional manner
  • Providing administrative support and assistance to a fun and motivated team
  • Diary and meeting management for senior team members
  • Document management and collation to streamline processes
  • Follow through on client enquiries and requests making sure they feel looked after
  • Support the overall team to ensure that they can effectively perform their duties

To be successful you will have:

  • High level of attention to detail and love what you do
  • Previous experience in a similar administration position
  • Professionally presented
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Outlook would be an advantage
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of the business and a positive attitude
