Our client, an Australia owned private company, based in the Hunter Valley is a leading mining engineering and manufacturing service provider. They pride themselves on delivering the highest level of service and maintenance work on various mining equipment. From humble beginnings in 2005 they have grown and are now looking for an experienced Stores Administrator to join the team.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Loading and unloading trucks with electric forklift
  • Taking general deliveries and checking the goods match the appropriate dockets
  • Re-stocking consumables at both sites & managing stock
  • Picking sales orders, packaging appropriately and taking departure photos
  • Tagging new jobs and delivering to workshops
  • Regular stocktake of warehouse
  • General housekeeping & cleaning

To be considered for this role you will demonstrate:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and confidently work in a fast-paced logistical environment
  • Ability to maintain professional communication with all stakeholders
  • Previous experience in warehouse or stores role will be highly regarded
  • Forklift licence is highly desirable
