As Senior Talent Consultant you will promote a proactive talent management culture, foster effective relationships with internal stakeholders and lead your team to develop innovative attraction strategies.
To achieve this you will be a seasoned recruitment professional who understands what it takes to motivate a team working in a high-volume environment where quality of service is paramount. You will also work closely with the Head of Talent to ensure the broader strategic objectives of the recruitment function is met.
