Ronald McDonald House Charities, Northern NSW helps keep families of seriously ill or injured children together and close to the care their child needs. Each year they help over 6,000 families from across the northern NSW region by providing a home away from home so families can stay together. The highly respected and trusted charity is dedicated to making every day a bit brighter for those in need and relies on the generosity of the local community to operate.
About the role
The Relationships & Development Manager will work with the Head of Fundraising developing innovative fundraising and marketing strategies and partnership concepts across northern NSW region. The role will develop and grow a portfolio of major donors and high value corporate partnerships and create a giving pipeline from new markets to maximise revenue generation across Northern NSW.
About you
You and your peers would describe yourself as having a positive and proactive approach with a "can do" attitude. You will have a high level application of fundraising principles, techniques and strategies in a similar role in fundraising, sales or marketing, including a proven history of closing major gifts (over $50K). You are most happy when working for an organisation that has a strong purpose that positively impacts on the lives of others.
