We are looking for a motivated internal Sales Consultant to join our Broadmeadow operation and work with our Front counter sales team. Your ability to provide great customer service while working with local trades people to ensure prompt supply and deliver of products for their jobs
Liaising with Customers and trades
Organising quotes for trades and invoicing orders
Receiving PO's and finalising with accounts dept
Ordering of materials and products
Development of product knowledge
Customer service excellence and relationship management.
To succeed as Sales Administration Officer, you will possess:
High-level data entry skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent customer service and sales skills
An ability to multi-task
Strong Communication skills both written and Verbal
Experience and knowledge of the Building industry is advantageous.
