Due to maternity leave, an opportunity has become available for an efficient and highly professional Executive Assistant to support at Partner level.
You will undertake the traditional duties of an Executive Assistant including diary management, acting as first point of contact for clients, event management, arranging travel and accommodation, confidential document preparation, partner level meeting co-ordination and ad hoc administration tasks. Liaising daily with both internal and external stakeholders you must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion while balancing competing demands.
To be considered for this role you will bring significant experience within a similar position, along with demonstrated skills and behaviours in the following:
- Ability to organise and expedite workflow initiating follow up action where required
- Engaging, professional and courteous nature
- High level attention to detail
- Expertise and passion for interacting with and creating peace of mind for clients
- Advanced MS Office skills
