About The Role

In the fast-paced role of Executive Assistant, you will support The Knights CEO and Football Advisory Committee, contribute as a senior member of the team and oversee the administration functions of the business.

This role is critical to the seamless operation of The Knights, keeping everything moving smoothly behind the scenes that connects the CEO with the broader leadership team and internal and external stakeholders.

Agility, emotional intelligence, influencing skills and an ability to cope and work productively in a busy environment are all essential attributes required in the role.

A day in this role would see you deal with high-volume email and diary management, administration and support for the CEO and Football Advisory Committee as well as project co-ordination and relationship management.

About You

Having had experience in a similar role supporting an Executive you will know what it takes to be one step ahead of the game and take pride in your ability to anticipate the needs of those you support. Exceptional time management and organisational skills are part of your DNA!

You enjoy meeting the challenges of a busy role with good humour and energy and ride the highs and lows with resilience and maturity. You accept shifting demands with ease and possess a warm and personable nature with the ability to communicate and influence a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
