Our client is one of Australia's leading accounting and business advisory firms located in Newcastle CBD. They are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to work in a job share role, 2 days per week with flexibility to back fill leave. This role is offering a competitive salary range for the right candidate.

As the Corporate Receptionist you will:

  • Answer, respond and screen phone calls
  • Meet and greet clients upon arrival
  • Provide a full range of administration and clerical support
  • Open and lock up offices
  • Provide HR and event support
  • Maintain all office and kitchen supplies
  • Organise outgoing mail, deliveries and collections

You will have:

  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Professionally presented
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage deadlines
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Well organize and have a keen eye for detail
