As Client Service Officer, you will work within a team of 4 full time front office staff delivering 5-star customer service to the practice's valued clients. This is a role suited to someone super organised that loves to be kept busy with a mix of administrative and client service tasks.
Key day to day tasks will include:
- Reception calls and management of patient arrivals
- Appointment and diary management
- Manage email and letter correspondence
- Scanning and mail
- Processing accounts

If you are a strong administrator who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and will bring a passion for the patient focused approach of the practice, then our client will be excited to support your career development in the industry!
The role is a full time role but we will also be happy to discuss the option of 30 hours per week (between the hours of approximately 12noon - 6.00pm with flexibility to cover full time hours on occasions when other team members take annual leave). There is also a requirement to work 8.00am - 11.00am one Saturday approximately every 6 weeks which would be paid as an overtime shift.
