Working within workers compensation case management teams, duties will vary dependent on skills and individual strengths but may include:
- Liaison with medical practitioners, employers and injured workers
- Reviewing treatment requests
- Assessing liability
- General administrative support
Experience within a workers compensation case management environment is not required; instead we are seeking candidates with a strong customer service/administrative background. Most vitally, we are seeking those who display enthusiasm and positivity, are process driven and are flexible to take direction and complete whatever tasks are thrown their way!
