We have multiple temporary roles starting late March with an insurance and care services provider located in the heart of Newcastle. We are looking for expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates available for an immediate start.
The key focus of these positions is to provide superior customer service both internally and externally, with a strong focus on empathy towards the customer. The positions offer an excellent hourly rate combined with a supportive and dynamic management team who provide ongoing training and coaching. Most importantly, the opportunity to be part of a truly customer-focussed business.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have call centre experience, but most importantly have a natural flair for customer engagement and the drive to deliver first contact resolution. You will thrive in a high volume, high pressure environment with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse customer base.
