They are currently seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business within a specific market. Your primary responsibility will be to develop new clients through effective business development processes. You will utilise your sales ability and your good understanding of the latest developments in the real estate market to engage with decision makers and develop new residential managements. In addition, you will pride yourself on quality customer service, and use your positive and proactive approach to ensure long term business relationships.
To be considered for the role you will need to:
- Demonstrate experience in a similar position where you have been responsible for promoting a service based product
- Be passionate about delivering the highest quality of service whilst canvassing, utilising referrals, reporting, forecasting and closing new business.
- Be results driven and competitive but ethical and able to maintain absolute integrity
- Have a warm, engaging personality and thrive on building relationships with a variety of people
You will be commercially aware and have the ability to think on your feet. You will be able to relate to people at all levels and be a confident communicator. Experience working within the Newcastle region is essential.
