Job Description

An exciting new opportunity currently exists within a Financial Services firm who is seeking an Administration Trainee to join the team.

Based out of their Hamilton Office, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic self-starter to join their team as an Administration Trainee.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and traits;

  • A genuine interest and commitment to pursuing a career within Administration
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Well organised and the ability to prioritise your tasks
  • Intermediate computer skills

While not essential, it would be an advantage if you have your drivers' licence and your own transport.

As part of this traineeship, you will complete a Tertiary Qualification and receive excellent on-the-job training. This is a full-time position and a typical day may include, but is not limited to;

  • General Administration tasks
  • Customer Service and Reception duties
