Our client is an award-winning wine maker located in the picturesque Hunter Valley, and they are looking for two highly motivated and enthusiastic Account Managers to join their vibrant team based in Pokolbin.

About the role

The Account Manager is the person in charge of managing a company's relationships with its Bottling and Warehouse customers. This role is permanent and looking for someone for the long-term. Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the customer interface from the Bottling request up to and including the dispatch of the Customers finished products
  • The single point of contact for all Customer facing information including but not restricted to quoting and invoicing
  • Delivering the best possible customer service with a view to growing and supporting long-term relationships
  • Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Problem-solving for customers in a way that ensures the relationship remains positive
  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Acting as the key liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Service multiple clients concurrently
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing client
  • Exposure to SAP would be desirable

About you

Ideally the successful candidate will have some exposure to a sales or customer service environment, be inquisitive, able to hit the ground running, collaborate across divisions and focused on providing customers a better experience. Someone who is always wanting more and looking for ways to add value where possible.
