We’re growing our Business Support hub and looking for a Recruitment Consultant who enjoys connecting with people, building trusted relationships, and delivering great results, with the autonomy to truly own their desk.
This is a true 360 role, working across both temporary and permanent recruitment, with strong internal collaboration and support.
We’re particularly keen to connect with someone locally based, with strong networks across the region, who understands the market and enjoys being out in it, building relationships, spotting opportunities, and staying close to clients and candidates.
What you’ll be doing
Manage end-to-end recruitment across business support roles, with dedicated support from a Talent Specialist and Admin Coordinator
Partner closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Source, interview and present high-quality candidates
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from brief to placement
Deliver both fast-paced temp solutions and longer-term permanent placements
Build and maintain strong, active candidate pipelines
Relationship building & business growth
Build strong, long-term client partnerships
Act as a trusted advisor on market insights, salary expectations and hiring strategies
Partner with the broader team to identify opportunities and support client growth
What you’ll bring
Experience in recruitment, relationship management or a diverse client-facing role
Commercial mindset with a drive to grow your desk
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Resilience, adaptability and a solutions-focused approach
A collaborative, team-first mindset
Strong local networks and a genuine interest in the regional market (highly regarded)
