What will you be doing?
You will be a member Investment Strategy Team (IST) and report to the Head of Investment Strategy. You will be involved in the day-to-day management of a financial database, fund-level performance reporting and supporting the research activities of IST. This is a great opportunity for a graduate or early career candidate that meets the below criteria:
Solid experience with SQL and strong Excel (macro) skills
Experience with either Matlab, Python, R or a similar programming language
General knowledge of investments and funds management
Early career candidates with a Bachelor of Commerce, Finance or Actuarial Studies
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well within a team
An understanding of performance attribution and risk (desirable)
An interest in research, model development and superannuation (desirable)
