Are you available now? We are looking for someone who is a champion with business improvement and system implementation.
This position’s primary objective is to assist with the implementation of a range of projects, system implementations and improvement of processes in line with the General Manager’s responsibilities which improve service delivery, operations or contribute to better outcomes and experiences for candidates and clients. In this role you will have a focus on business improvement and business excellence, whilst working across the business to ensure effective implementation but also work with a variety of external partners and providers.
Based in our Newcastle CBD office, as part of the peoplefusion team you will receive a great mix of professional development, challenging work, autonomy and reward. Without a doubt you will get your teeth into a range of projects involving embedding & integrating a new CRM and portals, a HRIS and potentially payroll, as well as overhauling our intranet. Ideally, you’ll also assist with data cleansing and automations within our workflows.
In this role you will:
Review current system areas of improvement and develop a project plan of business improvement areas
Conduct research and provide advice, information, briefs and reports as directed by the General Manager
Create written material/templates that improve consistency of activities
Look at ways to maximise automation between & within systems
Manage and oversee particular aspects of projects and implementations, including developing and monitoring project plans and coordinating resources to ensure successful project milestones are met
Deliver on assigned projects and processes within agreed upon deadlines and quality standard
Work effectively with team members towards mutual continued development and provide feedback to each other on project work undertaken
To shine in this role you are:
Experienced with implementing shared service systems such as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, payroll system, HRIS, in a similar capacity
Experience in delivery of business improvement initiatives
Ability to distil complex information into appropriate formats for a range of audiences
Well-developed skills in maximising technology platforms
Confident in planning, scheduling and prioritising workload – a working knowledge of project planning practices
Demonstrated highly developed written and verbal communication
