About the Company
This established HVAC and air conditioning contractor delivers large scale apartment and commercial construction projects across Sydney, the Central Coast and Hunter regions.
Demand is strong and work is secured. The business is expanding its delivery structure to support continued growth, with direct access to Directors and clear decision making.
About the Role
This senior HVAC Project Manager position has been created to increase capacity across a growing pipeline of apartment and commercial projects.
You will lead projects from handover through to completion, accountable for programme, subcontractors, client engagement and financial performance. The role carries genuine authority, reporting directly to senior leadership and contributing to how projects are structured and delivered as the business scales.
This is a commercially respected position with visibility, influence and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
End to end delivery of large scale HVAC projects
Programme and milestone management across construction sites
Cost control, forecasting and variation management
Subcontractor and supplier performance management
Client and stakeholder engagement
WHS and quality compliance oversight
About You
Demonstrated delivery of HVAC projects within apartment or commercial construction
Strong construction sequencing and site coordination capability
Confident managing subcontractors and programme pressure
Financial awareness and margin discipline
Decisive and accountable in leadership style
