About the Role
This is a hands-on and varied Operations Administrator position supporting both the CEO and Operations Manager. You will be the “engine room” of the office, helping to keep everything organised, compliant, and running efficiently.
  
No two days will look the same, with exposure across governance, administration, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare board reports, coordinate BoardPro actions, and take meeting minutes

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and Operations Manager

  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, fleet coordination, and equipment procurement

  • Maintain accurate records across SharePoint and Google Docs for compliance

  • Assist with Powerpoint presentations and general administration

  • Answer incoming calls, including sensitive community-based enquiries
