Job Description
Our client is a leader within their field playing a vital role in the coal supply chain, working closely with all key industry participants and customers in both the domestic and export markets.
They are currently seeking an Occupational Hygienist, for immediate start, for a 3-6month period, to assist their project manager with their transition from a pandemic to endemic footing.
In this role you will be tasked with reviewing their COVID safe plan and approach and making recommendations on actions minimise infection risk in the workforce once NSW and VIC start to open up and COVID starts to come into the workplace. From a health and hygiene perspective, you would be advising on what the health response needs to look like including testing protocols, contractor health protocols and other issues such as potential need to change filtration systems or cleaning protocols.
To be considered you will:
Be a certified Occupational Hygienist
Bring experience in continuous improvement methodologies and/or qualifications in programs such as Six Sigma, Lean or Agile
Have a strong safety and quality mindset and track record of driving improved performance
