About the opportunity
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Coordinator ready for the next stage in their career. This new role based in the Head Office in Tomago, will be yours to own and to carve out, adding value across all the divisions of the business.
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer you will play a hands-on pivotal role creating, executing and managing the marketing activities to showcase new and existing divisions, launch new and existing products, showcase their people, services, capabilities and partnerships. This will involve campaigns and content creation across digital, print and traditional avenues that will stimulate customer engagement and grow their brand.
Key responsibilities & activities
Create, execute and report on marketing activities for the group and each division, delivering on brand growth
Digital marketing activities include Web, SEO, SEM, eDM, social, video, and photography
Print marketing activities include brochures, catalogues, signage, banners, stationary, tender documents
Traditional marketing activities – trade shows, PR, conferences, associations and presentations.
Support and assist at trade fairs
Project manage appropriate external agencies where appropriate

About you
Qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar
3+ years demonstrated experience in creation and execution of marketing collateral – digital , print, traditional – B2B desirable
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
A professional, pragmatic manner with confidence and influence across a diverse range of stakeholders
Advanced MS Office Suite skills, content management systems, and proficiency in Adobe Suite is desirable
A passion for driving organisational performance
A positive, entrepreneurial spirit
