About the opportunity
As a result of growth within the company, they are looking for their next Internal Broking Administration Assistant to join their committed and down to earth administration team.
  
Working within a team of administration professionals, you will support a small group of brokers and work with both clients and insurers to deliver excellent outcomes. The role will include:
  • General administrative support with a focus on data management and electronic filing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Providing an excellent client’s experience, interacting over the phone and via email
  • Following up and working closely with insurers
  • Working collaboratively with the administration team and broker team to manage a range of administration requests
  
About you
Ideally, we are looking for a person with:
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite and Outlook
  • Process driven, with an eye for detail
  • A team player with a desire to collaborate in a team environment
  • Insurance experience would be ideal, but is not essential
