HR Business Partner

This is the perfect opportunity for HR professionals who enjoy contributing to a business in a temporary contract capacity!  Our client is a high profile, community focused organisation with an excellent reputation, and they need the expertise of a HR professional, in either an Advisor or Business Partner capacity, to commence ASAP for approximately 3 months whilst the position is recruited on a permanent basis. 
  
Reporting to the COO, this is a generalist role that will see you supporting across the organisation in the following areas:
  

• General people leader support and coaching
• Managing terminations
• Coordination of recruitment activity
• Management of annual performance review cycle
• HR Reporting for leadership group and board
• Employee engagement survey management

  
This exciting opportunity will allow you to be a key partner to the business, representing the benefits and advice that HR brings to the organisation. This will initially be a remote based role and hours can be flexible to part time or full time for the ideal candidate. A competitive hourly rate is on offer based on skills and experience is on offer.
