Reporting to the COO, this is a generalist role that will see you supporting across the organisation in the following areas:
- General people leader support and coaching
- Managing terminations
- Coordination of recruitment activity
- Management of annual performance review cycle
- HR Reporting for leadership group and board
- Employee engagement survey management
This exciting opportunity will allow you to be a key partner to the business, representing the benefits and advice that HR brings to the organisation. This will initially be a remote based role and hours can be flexible to part time or full time for the ideal candidate. A competitive hourly rate is on offer based on skills and experience is on offer.
