Responsible for the operation of many naturally stunning recreation and tourism locations across NSW, our client is seeking to appoint a HR Administrator to join their busy and dynamic HR team, on a permanent basis!
The HR Administrator is responsible for coordinating human resources activities across the organisation and supporting the HR team in preserving the employer-employee relationship through effective operations across all HR initiatives.
Reporting to the Executive Manager of HR and working with the HR Business Partner you will be provided lots of support and mentoring opportunities to help you grow your career!
Key responsibilities include:
Recruitment administration support
Preparation of employment contracts
Assist with employee engagement projects
Assist to administer Payroll documentation
General HR administration support
