The Organisation
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service (WRHS) is a not-for-profit organisation providing world class aeromedical, search and rescue services to those in need 24/7. The Service has more than 40 years of proud history, and now operates from three bases in NSW (Tamworth, Belmont, Lismore) in addition to a Head Office and deep level maintenance facility based in Broadmeadow NSW.
The Opportunity
We are currently looking to recruit an Administration Officer to join the team on a temporary basis, for up to 6 months with purpose of the role being to provide a wide range of professional administrative support to the Technical Records Team and Engineering Managers. The position will be located in Broadmeadow, and we are open to discussing the opportunity on both a part time and full-time hours basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Coordination – support with engagement and onboarding of contractors
Document control, manage maintenance schedules, general database management
Maintain compliance records
Meeting Coordination
Produce reports, documentation, and correspondence
Safety Administration
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
To be considered you will be strong in utilising the Microsoft suite and have experience supporting a team in a diverse range of administrative functions. Engineering / Aviation background would be looked upon favourably but is not essential, as the key to success in this role will be a proactive and positive attitude, a love for organising and coordinating and the ability to learn quickly!
