Current Opportunities
Whilst we are seeking a Talent Pool for upcoming opportunities, we do have current opportunities that may be of interest:
Medical Receptionist – Our client is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join their team on a temporary 6-month assignment, commencing immediately. The role will work Wednesday to Friday one week, and Tuesday to Friday the following week. Previous experience within a medical or specialist practice environment will be highly regarded. A casual hourly rate of $37.13 plus superannuation is on offer.
Admin/Customer Service Officer – We currently have two temporary opportunities available for experienced Administration/Customer Service professionals, initially for a 6–8 week period with the potential to extend up to 12 weeks. Based in the Lake Macquarie region, these positions will work full-time hours and require an immediate start.
We are seeking candidates with experience across:
Administration & Office Support
Customer Service & Contact Centre Support
Medical Reception & Specialist Practice Administration
Corporate Administration
Data Entry & Records Management
Scheduling & Coordination
High-volume Phone & Email Support
Potential Responsibilities
Depending on the assignment, duties may include:
Managing high-volume phone and email enquiries
Triaging customer or patient enquiries appropriately
Preparing documentation and correspondence
Maintaining accurate electronic records and files
Monitoring shared inboxes and phone lines
Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries
Supporting reporting and administrative processes
Providing professional customer service and office support
Working within fast-paced and team-oriented environments
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates will ideally bring:
Previous administration, reception, or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A professional and friendly approach
Confidence managing competing priorities
Strong computer and systems skills
The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Experience within medical, specialist practice, corporate, or industrial environments is highly regarded, though not essential for all opportunities.
