About the opportunity
Do you excel in Accounts Receivable and have a passion for supervising and assisting team members? Our client, is looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their team.
Administration duties – accounts receivable, chase debtors, job costings, project invoices.
Work closely with the AR team to motivate, coach, mentor, train and encourage.
Comply with all legal requirements, systems, policies, procedures, instructions and any other guidelines or rules.
Ensure all HSE requirements are met within the scope of position.
Identification of training needs and provision of the appropriate training.
Produce monthly reporting to Financial Controller.
To be considered for the role you must possess the following skills:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in end to end Accounts Receivable
A good level of computer literacy
Team player mindset, who exhibits flexibility for different tasks and willingness to learn
Good stakeholder engagement, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and utilise a level of initiative
Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports.
Ability to provide support and be part of a team.
Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
