About the opportunity
Do you excel in Accounts Receivable and have a passion for supervising and assisting team members?  Our client, is looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their team.
  
Responsibilities include:

  • Administration duties โ€“ accounts receivable, chase debtors, job costings, project invoices.

  • Work closely with the AR team to motivate, coach, mentor, train and encourage.

  • Comply with all legal requirements, systems, policies, procedures, instructions and any other guidelines or rules.

  • Ensure all HSE requirements are met within the scope of position.

  • Identification of training needs and provision of the appropriate training.

  • Produce monthly reporting to Financial Controller. 


About you
To be considered for the role you must possess the following skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in end to end Accounts Receivable

  • A good level of computer literacy

  • Team player mindset, who exhibits flexibility for different tasks and willingness to learn

  • Good stakeholder engagement, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and utilise a level of initiative

  • Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports.

  • Ability to provide support and be part of a team.

  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
