​Lani joins peoplefusion with a wealth of recruiting knowledge, having been a General Manager and go-to recruiter in the hospitality industry for over 11 years. Throughout her career, Lani has always valued the team culture within a workplace and believes that the right fit of people leads to improved productivity and personal satisfaction within a team.

Prior to joining peoplefusion, Lani felt that she had successfully completed her career goals within hospitality and tourism. She wanted to continue to use the skills and expertise that she had learnt to assist people in achieving their own goals, and help companies find the right fit for their roles.

As a Recruitment Specialist, Lani manages our temp employees which includes onboarding, WHS and payroll. A ray of sunshine in the office, Lani nurtures and builds rapport with our clients and is dedicated to ensuring our candidates believe in themselves and utilise their strengths to broaden their skillset.

Her role further involves conducting interviews to determine which candidates are suitable for potential roles and liaising with our clients on active jobs in the system.

Lani prides herself on her authenticity and maintains a high level of integrity and transparent communication with all parties.

Aside from her busy workdays, outside of work you will find Lani in the outdoors. Having grown up in a small country town, Lani loves the balance of country and coastal life that Newcastle offers. She loves the beach, socialising with family and friends and being spontaneous!
