Prior to joining peoplefusion, Kathy led a team of 150 casual and permanent staff responsible for the delivery of facilities management services to the Department of Defence (Duntroon, ACT and Southern NSW). The remit of this role included recruitment, on-boarding and training, WH&S compliance, budgeting and meeting customer service targets.
Kathy’s experience also includes Operations Manager, Office Manager, Contracts Administrator and Call Centre Operator roles in the construction and hospitality industries.
