Jemma joined the peoplefusion family in 2019 following a long career in the Financial Services industry. She started her journey with Westpac Bank in Sydney, proceeding through the ranks over a whopping 14 years. Jemma commenced in customer service before being promoted to Assistant Relationship Manager in the Commercial Banking sector. As part of this role, she was directly accountable for relationship management and getting to know her clients and their business in an advisory role. 

In March 2018, Jemma and her family packed up their lives in Sydney, where she had resided her entire life, and made the move to beautiful Newcastle for the ultimate seachange. Jemma feels it was the greatest decision she made… and we think so too! Jemma heads up our Administration & Accounts Permanent Recruitment team, and applies her comprehensive understanding of administrative and financial functions to ensure she finds the best fit for her clients' team, the first time. 

Jemma holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services, and when she’s not being a Recruitment Rockstar, you’ll find Jemma spending time with her husband and two beautiful boys, or lounging on the beach in Forster with friends and family.
